Lazy Girl Pavlova

The festive season means having family and friends over all the time. Whilst I love cooking up a storm for guests sometimes when it gets to making dessert I have to cheat a little. Pavlovas are a classic on any Christmas menu but I make my own lazy girl version; it's easy, tasty and everyone simply can't get enough. When they ask for the recipe just say it's your little secret!

Ingredients

Serves 6

4 Meringue Nests

2 Individual Tubs of Chocolate Chip Yoghurt

250ml Cream

1/2 Slab of Plain Milk Chocolate

6 Crushed Ginger Biscuits

2 Tablespoons of Mixed Berries

1 Flake

Method:

1. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. Fold in all the yoghurt.

2. Break up the slab of chocolate roughly into the cream and yoghurt mixture then mix gently.

3. On the serving dish, roughly crush 3 of the meringue nests. Top with the cream and yoghurt mixture. Then throw on the berries, crush the flake on top, followed by the ginger biscuits and crush the last meringue nest. Enjoy!
