Spaghetti is delicious, there is no doubt about it. Whether you slather it in a classic creamy sauce or top with it traditional bolognese, you always enjoy eating it. However it is the kind of food that is a delightful moment on the lips and a potential lifetime on the hips. So when I heard that Woolworths had created vegetable 'pastas' of sorts I was intrigued, excited but mostly curious. Thankfully Woolworths didn't disappoint and I have found my new (not so) guilty pleasure.

Ingredients
Serves 4
4 Fillets of Trout
1 Packet of Butternut Spaghetti
1 Packet of Woolworths Tenderstem Broccoli
6 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
2 Chopped Chilies
Salt
Pepper
Honey
Olive Oil
Method:
1. In a cup mix together the soy sauce, a tablespoon of olive oil, the garlic, the chilies and a tablespoon of honey.
2. Season the trout fillets with salt and pepper then place in a bowl. Cover the fillets with the mixture from the cup.
3. Place in an oven and grill for 6-8 minutes.
4. Cook the broccoli in the microwave according to the packet instructions.
5. In a pan drizzle approximately a tablespoon of olive oil and heat up. Once the olive oil is hot toss in the butternut spaghetti and stir while cooking. Turn down the heat and drizzle the spaghetti with honey. Cook until the spaghetti is soft.
6. Serve the spaghetti topped with the broccoli and trout. Enjoy!
Note: For a bit of sauciness mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a squeeze of lemon juice, a tablespoon of honey and drizzle over the plate when serving.
