I am addicted to Come Dine With Me. You may think I am exaggerating, but I have literally spent hundreds of hours watching the show and one of my genuine life goals is to go on the show and win. But until then, I can sharpen my skills by making food that's inspired by Come Dine With Me. Contestants love making the easy peasy Eton Mess, but I was keen to try something a little different so out with the fruit and in with the chocolate.
Ingredients: (Makes 4 small puds)

1 Slab (80g) Plain Milk Chocolate
1 Pack meringues (40 rosettes or 4 meringue nests)
250ml Fresh Cream
2 Small Tubs Chocolate Chip yoghurt
1 Flake
Method:
1. Using a double boiler (boiling water in a pot with a bowl on top) melt the slab of chocolate with 50ml of cream until a smooth sauce forms.
2. Whip the remaining cream until soft peaks form.
3. Slowly fold (stir slowly in a figure 8) in the yoghurt until well combined.
4. In the serving glasses crumble enough meringue to cover the bottom.Layer with about 2 tablespoons of the cream mixture followed by 1 tablespoon of the chocolate sauce. Then layer with meringue yet again and repeat layers until glass is 3/4 full.
5. On top of each portion crumble Flake to finish off.
6. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours in the fridge or put in the freezer (with cling film on top) for about 2 hours. Enjoy!
**Top Tip: Gets better as you increase the cooling time**
